The height is 137mm (5. 39inch) Regarding age, it can be difficult to assess with absolute certainty as some production runs could be quite long, and it was not until 1990 that Moorcroft began using year cyphers to show when an item was actually made. With this vase however the style of the impressed MOORCROFT and MADE IN ENGLAND stamps on the base suggest a date range c1949 to 1986
